What locations do you serve?

Our delivery and setup is Sydney wide.

Do you only do weddings?

We also do flowers for Corporate, Special events, Office and receptions desk, High tea and Floral Table Arrangements for boardrooms on a weekly or occasional basis. Please email us for more details.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It is always a good idea to meet your supplier as soon as you can. Between 3 and 9 months before the wedding is a good time to book your wedding florist. It does help to have a clear idea of your wedding dress style and the venue for the reception too.

Is a deposit required?

To secure your wedding date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required; changes are welcome up to three weeks prior to the wedding date.

What if I don’t know which style bouquet I need for my wedding?

We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect style to suit your special day and budget if you have a rough idea or even don’t have any idea.

Can I pick up my flowers from your place to save delivery cost?

Of course you can. We will make sure your flowers are ready on time to pick up.

Do surcharges apply to certain wedding dates?

Yes, New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day incur a 15% surcharge due to market flower price increases.

Do surcharges apply to certain flowers?

Yes, some flowers which have a higher market price, such as David Austin Roses, Tulips, Phalaenopsis Orchids and Cymbidium Orchids will incur a small surcharge but these prices will be included within your quote.

Do I have to meet you for consultation?

It is highly recommended that you make a time for an obligation-free consultation to ensure that we understand your vision for the day. However, we understand that due to some circumstances this may not be possible. Then we are more than happy to discuss your wedding flowers by email or by phone.

How do I keep my bridal flowers at a lower price?

Honestly, if you want to spend less money, go with the basics when it comes to flowers.  We offer our packages at our low cost option but will still provide you with a quality product.  For a simple style select the colour scheme, the style and a few flowers and we will our best.
